• The Institute is connected with the Internet on the basis of fiber-optic communication link, providing the access to external (including International) information and software resources. Local network with throughput of 100 Mbit on the basis of concentrator/commutator Eline (10/100Mbit) switch Networks consisted of more than 250 computers is available and also an external channel with the throughput of 100Mbit (under replacement of end hardware, its exploitation at speeds until 1 Gbit is possible) is present. This channel actualizes the connection with distributed resources of the Center of Scientific Telecommunications and Information Technologies of the RAS. Maximal speed of International traffic constitutes 4 Gbit.
